Part Time Administrator - 20 Hours per week
The Opportunity
We are seeking a part-time Administrator to join our team in Bristol. In this role, you will support the branch with a wide range of administrative duties, ensuring customers receive prompt and efficient responses while contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the office. If you are highly organised, efficient, and have a strong eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities Of An Administrator
- Managing the branch email inbox and replies.
- Extensive communication via email and telephone internal and external customers.
- Raising purchase orders and invoicing.
- Raising work orders.
- Electronic filing and reporting vehicle defects.
- Updating the waste log.
- Updating our CRM.
- Supporting the warehouse and driving team with admin duties.

Skills And Experience Required
- Computer skills - familiar with Excel and Word
- Administrative experience
- Has an eye for detail and takes pride in their work.
