Package:

£25,235 pa with excellent benefits including

  • 24 holiday days (plus your birthday)
  • 2 days off for charity work
  • Group life assurance and health care cash plan.

Location:

Borehamwood Office.

Full Time:

37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8.30am - 5.00pm

Here’s what you’ll be doing with us as an Administrator:

  • Inputting data from claim forms, payment details and other data onto our core systems ensuring all details are accurate
  • Managing email boxes relating to customer enquiries
  • Carry out any ad-hoc tasks
  • Making and answering phone calls from policy holders and vet practices
  • Applying the underwriting criteria to new applications for cover on a daily basis
  • Deliver good outcomes and a high standard of customer care whilst enabling consumers to make effective decisions in their interests.
