Package:
£25,235 pa with excellent benefits including
- 24 holiday days (plus your birthday)
- 2 days off for charity work

Location:
Borehamwood Office.
Full Time:
37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8.30am - 5.00pm
Here’s what you’ll be doing with us as an Administrator:
- Inputting data from claim forms, payment details and other data onto our core systems ensuring all details are accurate
- Managing email boxes relating to customer enquiries
- Carry out any ad-hoc tasks
- Making and answering phone calls from policy holders and vet practices
- Applying the underwriting criteria to new applications for cover on a daily basis
- Deliver good outcomes and a high standard of customer care whilst enabling consumers to make effective decisions in their interests.

- Administration experience is advantageous
- Excellent data entry skills
- Strong telephony experience
- Good attention to detail
- The ability to communicate effectively written and verbal
