Administrator - Food & Beverage

Department: Food & Beverage

Employment Type: Part Time

Location: The Grand - York

Compensation: £12.85 / hour

Description

You will lead and provide support on all day-to-day administrative tasks for the Food & Beverage leadership team. Support Food and Beverage managers on departmental schedules, communications, and meeting logistics; maintaining accurate records, reports, and filing systems; handling guest complaints; coordinating bookings and inquiries; and compiling management reports to support the F&B operation.

What You Will Do In This Splendid Role:

You will play a crucial part of a bigger team supporting leaders deliver quality products and services across their F&B outlets. Here’s what you will be expected to do:

  • Managing the online booking system, checking for busy days and liaising with large parties re pre orders and deposits.
  • Updating menus with any new products, prices and calories printing menus for all Food and Beverage departments as needed.
  • Responding to any relevant Food and Beverage emails, specifically in relation to large parties and enquiries.
  • Responding to Trip Advisor feedback, and reporting this to the management team on a weekly basis.
  • Working alongside the Food and Beverage management to ensure that all Health and Safety compliance is completed and up to date.
  • Responsible in putting together menu packages and offers for groups.
  • Support F&B outlet operations as and when required.
