💰 £25,000 – £26,000 (depending on experience)

In this vital role, you'll be the backbone of our central admin team—supporting a network of centres, tutors, and apprenticeships to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. If you love systems, accuracy, and making life easier for others, we want to hear from you.
🔍 What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the CSS Admin Manager with day-to-day operations
- Maintaining accurate learner records, achievements, and destinations
- Ensuring compliance with funding requirements
- Managing student payments, bursaries, and free meal reconciliations
- Registering learners for qualifications (including GCSEs) and processing certification via Walled Garden
- Communicating with and supporting Centre Administrators across the organisation
- Conducting compliance checks and feeding back to improve quality
- Assisting the Apprenticeship Team with administration, invoicing and employer contributions, DAS actions.
- Visiting centres to help enhance administrative standards
- Attend company training days at other centres.

✅ What You’ll Need
Essential:
- GCSEs in Maths and English (A-C) or equivalent experience
- Strong IT skills and knowledge of data systems
- A can-do attitude and strong communication skills
- The ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
- At least 12 months experience in administration
Desirable:
- Business Admin Level 2 or ECDL qualification
- Experience working in education, training, or with EFA paperwork
- Previous involvement with apprenticeships or funding compliance
