Administrative Assistant – Fully Remote

🏠 Location: Fully Remote – UK Based
💷 Salary: £27,000–£35,000, depending on experience
📅 Hours: Monday–Friday

The Opportunity

FindCore are thrilled to be assisting a well-established and growing business with the recruitment of an Administrative Assistant.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and dependable individual to join a supportive team and provide effective administrative assistance while working fully remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support across the business
  • Manage emails, telephone calls, and correspondence
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
  • Prepare documents, reports, and spreadsheets
  • Coordinate meetings, diaries, and appointments
  • Complete data-entry and document-management tasks
  • Assist with processing forms, requests, and internal paperwork
  • Liaise professionally with colleagues, customers, and external contacts
  • Support the smooth running of daily business operations
