FindCore are thrilled to be assisting a well-established business with the recruitment of a fully remote Administrator.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and dependable individual who enjoys managing a varied workload and providing effective administrative support from home.
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support across the business
- Manage emails, telephone calls and correspondence
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
- Prepare documents, reports and spreadsheets
- Coordinate meetings, diaries and appointments
- Complete data entry, filing and document-management tasks
- Liaise with colleagues and external contacts
- Support the smooth running of daily business operations

Qualifications
- Previous administration or office-based experience
Required Skills
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Comfortable working independently from home
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home-working environment

Pay range and compensation package
- Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience
