Salary: £26,403 - £28,142 (full-time, full year equivalent)
Actual Salary: £21,456 - £22,870 per annum (Grade 3)
Based at: Propps Hall Primary School
Hours: 35 hours 45 minutes per week (term time)
Working Pattern
- Monday: 7.45am - 4.00pm
- Tuesday to Friday: 8.30am - 4.00pm
This post is permanent and will commence as soon as possible.
The Ivory Federation is a strong partnership between three successful primary schools: Propps Hall Primary School in Failsworth, Rushcroft Primary School in Shaw, and Springhead Infant School in Saddleworth.

We are seeking to appoint a positive, organised and self-motivated Administrator to join our friendly and dedicated team at Propps Hall Primary School. As the first point of contact for many visitors, families and professionals, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school office while providing an efficient, welcoming and professional service to the whole school community.

We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Is well organised, efficient and able to manage a varied workload.
- Has experience of working in an administrative role and is confident using a range of ICT systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Is friendly, approachable and committed to providing excellent customer service.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, staff and visitors.
- Is flexible, proactive and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Has high standards of professionalism, accuracy and confidentiality.
- Is committed to supporting the values and ethos of The Ivory Federation.

- Experience of working in a school office would be an advantage, although applications are welcomed from candidates with strong administrative experience gained in other settings.
