The Role

We are looking for a confident, proactive Administrator to join our growing team.

You will play a key role in helping clients get their mortgage from application to completion, working closely with our advisers, lenders, solicitors, and estate agents to keep everything on track.

This is a busy, hands-on role where no two days are the same, ideal for someone organised, accurate, and who enjoys talking to people.

What You Will Do

  • Act quickly on new client leads and allocate them to the right mortgage adviser
  • Support advisers by helping their clients through the mortgage journey
  • Chase updates from lenders, solicitors, and estate agents
  • Key in and update client details on our internal systems
  • Track applications and progress reports for advisers and partners
  • Handle everyday admin tasks like emails, spreadsheets, and calls
  • Help produce simple reports and support with marketing updates
  • Be a friendly point of contact for both advisers and clients

  • Great communication skills, confident on the phone and in email
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good Excel and admin skills
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage your own workload
  • A team player who enjoys helping others succeed
  • Financial services or mortgage admin experience is helpful but not essential
