We are currently recruiting for an Administrator

Location: Huddersfield Town Centre Office.

Salary: NJC Scale SCP 7-11 (£27,274 - £29,071 pro rata). Starting salary SCP 7, increasing to SCP 8 after a successful probationary period.

Hours: Flexible from 24 up to 30 hours per week over 4 or 5 days.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the office, providing administrative support to a busy, professional team.

Essential Requirements Include

  • Experience of working in an administrative role
  • Excellent IT literacy (including Microsoft Office package)
  • Excellent attention to detail and high standards of handling personal information
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience of, or ability to learn, basic bookkeeping
  • Working with accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks) would be an advantage
  • Understand GDPR, confidentiality and professionalism in the workplace
  • Ability to work as part of a team with supervisory support
