## The Role
As a DAC Administrator, you will take ownership of prescription chasing and processing activities across your designated territory, working closely with GP surgeries, healthcare professionals, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
You'll manage inbound and outbound communications, resolve queries within agreed service levels, and build strong working relationships with stakeholders to support the seamless delivery of patient care. Alongside your day-to-day responsibilities, you'll contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, support team training and collaboration, and provide wider administrative support to help the DAC team achieve its objectives.

Who Are We Looking For
We’re seeking someone with a strong customer service background and a genuine commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences. You will be an organised and proactive individual who can manage competing priorities, communicate confidently with a range of stakeholders, and remain focused in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive and solution-focused approach, combined with resilience and adaptability, will be key to success in this role. You will be highly organised, confident using IT systems including CRM platforms, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a busy environment. Most importantly, you'll be committed to delivering outstanding service and continuously looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
