Role Description
The Administrator will provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the studio and across client projects. This is a part-time, on-site role based in Cambridge.

Responsibilities

- Managing calendars and appointments
- Coordinating meetings
- Preparing client documentation and project files
- Handling email and telephone correspondence
- Maintaining accurate records
- Supporting invoicing and basic finance tracking
- Liaising with suppliers and contractors
- Updating databases and project management tools
- Assisting with general office organisation and reception duties when required
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, including scheduling, document management, and record keeping.
- Proficiency with office software and digital tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, and cloud-based file systems).
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to write clear correspondence and interact professionally with clients, suppliers, and team members.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data, contracts, and financial information.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and work independently in a small, fast-paced studio environment.
- Previous experience in administration, office coordination, or project support; experience in design, property, or creative industries is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in Cambridge and collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary design team.
- Relevant education or training in business administration, office management, or a related field is beneficial.
