The team is also responsible for supporting client relationships and distribution within the intermediary market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the production and maintenance of business reporting and management information (MI), including performance, account, and activity reporting.
  • Producing performance reports, graphs, and comparative analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Preparing investment proposals and rate cards for Model Portfolio Service (MPS) and Tailored DFM solutions.
  • Distributing investment factsheets and supporting client-facing communications.
  • Coordinating the onboarding of new intermediary partners, including due diligence and Terms of Business administration.
  • Managing agreement renewals and ensuring processes align with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Supporting the novation process from initiation through to completion while maintaining accurate records and stakeholder communication.
  • Administering FE Analytics licences, including user allocation and ongoing management.
  • Supporting access administration across intermediary platforms and responding to platform-related queries.
  • Maintaining CRM data accuracy and supporting pipeline and opportunity reporting.
  • Producing adviser comparison reports using industry tools such as FE Analytics and Defaqto.
  • Acting as a point of contact for adviser and stakeholder enquiries when required.
  • Liaising with colleagues, advisers, and external stakeholders to provide a seamless service experience.
  • Identifying and contributing to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
