We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team on an 8-12 week temporary contract, supporting a large-scale customer administration programme in Worthing.

This role requires accuracy, organisation and excellent customer service. You'll work as part of a supportive team, ensuring requests are processed efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process instructions accurately and within agreed timescales.
  • Review and check customer documentation, ensuring all information is complete and correct.
  • Identify missing or incorrect information and resolve queries where required.
  • Contact customers by telephone to obtain additional information or clarify requests.
  • Update customer records and maintain accurate data across internal systems.
  • Prepare and process incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Support the team with a variety of administrative tasks, including document handling, mail preparation and record management.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Previous administration experience in a busy office environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload.
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A professional and friendly telephone manner.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • A proactive, reliable and team-focused approach.
