Join Tetra Tech’s IT team and play a key role in keeping our people connected, equipped and productive. As an Administrator for IT Asset Management, you will combine IT asset management, service delivery and customer support in a varied role where organisation, technical confidence and attention to detail make a visible difference across the business.
Purpose & Scope of the Role
Working within our IT Depot and Asset function, you’ll help coordinate the day-to-day management of IT equipment throughout its lifecycle. From preparing and tracking equipment for new starters to coordinating returns from leavers, maintaining accurate asset records and supporting stock control, you’ll help ensure technology reaches the right people at the right time.
Your Impact in this position
Your work will directly contribute to a reliable and responsive IT service. You’ll coordinate the delivery, collection and reallocation of hardware, monitor starter and leaver requirements and follow up with colleagues to ensure equipment has arrived and is working as expected.
You’ll also support incident and request management through ServiceNow, help customers raise supplementary requests, maintain accurate records and contribute to management information and annual budget activities.

Asset & Stock Management
Maintain accurate asset and stock records, helping the depot team understand equipment availability and keep systems up to date.
Starter & Leaver Coordination
Track IT requirements for new starters and leavers, ensuring appropriate tickets are raised and equipment is delivered or recovered on time.
Organisation & Operational Support
Bring structure and attention to detail to depot activities, supporting reporting, management information and budget processes while responding effectively to changing priorities.
Skills, Qualifications And Experience
You’ll be highly organised, comfortable prioritising competing demands and confident working both independently and collaboratively. You’ll bring previous customer-focused, phone-based support experience, strong written and verbal communication skills and a consistent approach to following processes.
Experience with Microsoft 365 is important, alongside strong attention to detail and the discretion required when handling sensitive information. Familiarity with IT asset management, stock control or ServiceNow would be valuable.
Working Environment
This is a permanent, full-time role based in our depot in Leeds. As the role supports physical IT depot, stock and asset activities, on-site working in Leeds will be an important part of the position.
