Bows and Arrows Group have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our friendly team on a part-time, permanent basis, working 21-24 hours per week.
You will support families and nursery teams with a range of administrative tasks associated with children attending our seven Bows and Arrows nurseries. Based at Brightspace on Hadleigh Road and reporting to the Nursery Support Co-ordinator, you will play an important role in ensuring excellent service for our families.
Your responsibilities will include:
- managing nursery enquiries, from initial telephone call or email through to a child's start date
- administering changes to nursery bookings
- producing invoices for children's ad hoc care
- processing termly childcare funding claims
- providing high-quality customer service to parents and carers
- supporting the day-to-day administration of our nursery services.

About you
We are looking for someone who is:
- highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- a clear and confident communicator
- comfortable speaking with parents and carers on the telephone
- able to manage a varied workload effectively
- experienced in an administrative role.
You will also hold a GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/5 or above (or equivalent)
Please note: You will need access to your own transport, as occasional visits to nursery sites will be required.
