Administrator (Purchasing & Support Services)
Havant, Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days remote working - subject to change)

At Hyde, we are committed to delivering high-quality services efficiently and cost-effectively for our customers. We are now seeking an Administrator to join our team, playing a key role in supporting supplier management, cost control and operational efficiency across our supply chain.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Help the team get good value from suppliers, keep costs under control and maintain accurate supplier, purchasing, stock and inventory records.
- Raise and manage purchase orders, making sure they are coded correctly and have the right approvals in place.
- Check invoices, resolve queries, maintain supplier paperwork and make sure the correct information is provided for special materials.
- Manage shared inboxes, handle purchasing and support services calls, and provide general administration to help the team run smoothly.
- Work with Trade Supervisors and trades teams to improve PDA use, and provide warehouse cover when needed.

As an Administrator (Purchasing & Support Services), we’re looking for someone who can bring:
- Good administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to keep accurate records and manage a busy workload.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, to update information and support day-to-day tasks.
- Strong attention to detail when checking invoices, purchase orders, supplier paperwork and approvals.
- Clear communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with suppliers, colleagues and trade teams.
- A helpful, customer-focused approach and a willingness to support the wider team when needed.
