About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and organised Administrator to support the delivery of our Awaab's Law service. This role will play a key part in ensuring damp and mould cases are accurately managed, tracked, and completed within required timescales. Working closely with operational teams, residents, clients, and contractors, you will help maintain compliance, coordinate repairs and inspections, and ensure residents receive a responsive and efficient service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Awaab's Law and operational teams, ensuring all cases are accurately recorded and managed within required timescales.
  • Coordinate and maintain records relating to damp, mould, condensation, and other housing condition cases, ensuring information is up to date and audit ready.
  • Raise and process works orders, inspections, and follow-on actions to support compliance with Awaab's Law requirements.
  • Monitor case progress and assist in tracking key performance indicators, ensuring residents receive timely updates and responses.
  • Liaise professionally with residents, housing providers, contractors, surveyors, and internal teams via phone and email.
  • Produce reports and management information to support performance monitoring, compliance reporting, and service improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records, certifications, correspondence, and evidence to support regulatory and contractual requirements.
  • Support the scheduling of inspections, appointments, and remedial works to ensure cases are progressed efficiently.
  • Work closely with supervisors and operational teams to identify outstanding actions and support the timely resolution of cases.

Key Criteria:

  • Previous experience in an administration, compliance, customer service, or housing support role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and competing priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience producing reports and managing data using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment whilst meeting deadlines and compliance requirements.
  • Understanding of social housing, property maintenance, repairs, or compliance processes would be advantageous.
  • Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering excellent service to residents.
