Insurance Administrator (Full-Time or Part-Time / Hybrid considered)

Location: Pencoed, Bridged

Salary: Meets national minimum wage – negotiable depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Data & Documentation: Process and issue insurance documentation, including policy schedules, certificates of insurance, and mid-term adjustments (MTAs).
  • Compliance & Auditing: Maintain accurate client records on our internal databases, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Insurers & Client Liaison: Act as a central point of contact for routine queries from insurers, underwriters, and internal account handlers.
  • Financial Administration: Handle premium processing, invoicing, and account queries, payments and finance agreements.

What You Bring

  • Experience: Preferably administrative experience, ideally gained within the insurance or financial services sector, but not essential.
  • Qualifications: Cert CII qualification is highly preferred (or a willingness to achieve it with our full financial support).
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and proficiency in standard office software and insurance databases.
  • Communication: it is essential that you are able to communicate by telephone and email. This role will require you to make and receive calls.
  • Mindset: A proactive, self-reliant individual who can manage a diverse workload.
