Admin Role - Summary of Hiring Requirements
Role Overview
Administrative role within the Finance team with a broad range of tasks that require attention to detail and problem-solving. Minimal phone work. Most communication is handled through email and internal portals, rather than a call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling:
- Food queries
- Non-food queries
- Finance Centre (FC) queries
- Supplier queries
- Colleague expense queries
- Working with invoices, credits, and understanding how finance processes operate.
- Liaising with both suppliers and colleagues.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Essential:
- Previous experience in retail or finance environments ideally.
- Strong IT skills and ability to work across multiple systems.
- Good communication skills, particularly written communication.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and solution-focused mindset.
