Who we are

VIVO provides facilities management and accommodation maintenance for the UK military and its partners. VIVO embodies both experience and innovation.

What we do

We put our Customers and Families First. They are the driving force behind everything we do. We drive forward improvements for them to ensure the service they receive, whether reactive repairs or a major project, is completed safely and on time. In order to achieve this, we have 4 core values: open, caring, agile and collaborative. These are at the heart of everything we do.

Contract Type: Full Time, 9 month fixed term

Working Hours: 40 Hours per week, 8:30-5:00PM, Monday to Friday

Location: Larkhill, Wiltshire, SP4 8NR

Salary: £28,000-£30,000

Are you a proactive, organised, and tech-savvy administrator ready to take on your next challenge in a fast-paced and meaningful environment? Do you thrive when supporting others, keeping things on track, and making a real difference behind the scenes? If so, we want you on our team!

At VIVO, we’re committed to delivering essential support services for military families across the UK. As part of the Accommodation Contract, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our site teams are set up for success every day.

About the role

As Administrator working within a team of 4, you’ll report to the Area Manager and become a key player in the smooth running of our operations. You’ll manage records, and help ensure that our safety, quality, and sustainability processes run like clockwork. You'll support the administrative side of essential services and be the go-to contact for information requests, complaints, and day-to-day team support. With an eye for detail, you'll also help us identify opportunities to save money, reduce waste, and continuously improve the way we work. You will be liaising with contractors to ensure works are completed within provided timescales, and also with DIO and chain of command.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What you’ll need
