What We Expect

We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Administrator to support the management of a key strategic customer account within our business.

This role will be based in our Central London offices and will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of a large national service contract. You will act as a central point of coordination between customers, engineers, service teams, and internal departments, helping to deliver an exceptional level of service and maintain strong customer relationships.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in delivering outstanding administrative support.

As an Administrator, your day to day will include:

  • Supporting the management of a key customer account, working closely with the ASRM.
  • Coordinating service, repair, and maintenance activities between customers, engineers, and internal teams.
  • Maintaining accurate records, reports, and customer documentation.
  • Assisting with customer requests, contract administration, and service performance reporting.
  • Supporting purchasing, invoicing, and general operational administration.
  • Helping ensure a high level of customer service and smooth day-to-day account management.

Who we are looking for

  • Previous experience in an administrative, account support, customer service, or coordination role.
  • Experience working in a service, engineering, facilities management, or customer-focused environment would be advantageous.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to analyse information and produce clear reports and documentation.
  • Experience managing customer enquiries and providing effective resolutions.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider team.
