Overview
WPS are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Planned Maintenance team in Birmingham. You'll support the delivery of social housing refurbishment and decarbonisation programmes across a range of workstreams, including kitchens and bathrooms, heat pumps, insulation upgrades, windows and doors and external improvement works.

Key Duties
As Administrator, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day administration of projects, ensuring documentation, communication and reporting are managed efficiently to support successful programme delivery.
Responsibilities Include
- Managing project administration and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinating diaries, meetings and project communications.
- Updating internal systems, trackers and databases.
- Raising purchase orders and processing invoices where required.
- Liaising with residents, clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
- Supporting operational teams with compliance documentation and reporting requirements.
- Producing reports, meeting minutes and programme updates.
- Monitoring project correspondence and ensuring actions are followed up in a timely manner.
- Promoting a positive culture focused on customer service, accuracy and continuous improvement.

Experience Required
- Proven experience in an Administrative, Coordinator or Support role within construction, planned maintenance, social housing or a similar environment.
- Experience managing project documentation, schedules and internal systems.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, Word and Outlook (essential).
- Experience using project management or document management systems would be advantageous.
Experience supporting refurbishment, retrofit, planned maintenance, FRA works and decarbonisation programmes would be advantageous.
