About us:

RCL specialise in the civil and structural design of electricity substation asset build and refurbishment and are involved in projects ranging from new build to modifications of existing sites from concept to completion. We also produce design and detailing works for various other sectors and clients involving a variety of schemes from steel framed structures, foundations, infrastructure and works within the water industry. Our wide range of clients ensure a consistent workload on a variety of interesting projects.

We are seeking an Administrator to join our team.

As our Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day to day operations of the business. You will assist with administrative and document control duties, data management, customer service, and office coordination. Your ability to prioritise tasks, communicate effectively, and maintain organisation is essential to this role.

The role would involve:

  • Project administration support
  • Administration support; HR, Accounts & QA
  • File validation and document control; checking and cross referencing documents to ensure accuracy
  • Preparation & submission of documents
  • Follow & adhere to procedures
  • Liaison with team and customers
  • General administration duties
  • Arranging Training courses
  • Maintaining annual leave records and timesheets
  • Purchasing
  • Assist with facilities management

We are looking for someone with the following attributes:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role including document control
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast paced environment
  • A proactive and solution oriented approach to problem-solving
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Previous experience with office management systems or other administrative tools
