An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and committed Administrator
To provide high quality services to the community who use the Integrated Contraception and Sexual Health (iCaSH) services across Bedfordshire. Your main base will be Kings Brook, Bedford but with the expectation to provide cover at Grove View Dunstable if required.
Purpose of the Role
To provide comprehensive and high-quality administrative support to the integrated contraception and sexual health service.
To ensure that joint working and close co-operation is developed and maintained with staff, both internal and external, to provide a complete and patient focused pathway.
Job Details
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with shifts including 8:45 - 16:45, 9:00 - 17:00 and 12:00 - 20:00. Saturday on rotation 0900-1300 with half day off in that week. Half day off per week which may vary due to staffing and clinic needs.

Key Responsibilities
- To provide a comprehensive, confidential and high quality administrative and secretarial (where required) service to the iCaSH Team.
- To undertake a high level of self-directed work, autonomous decision making, troubleshooting and the ability to manage sensitive information. Prioritise own day-to-day activities, including any specific requirements of the team/service.
- To work collaboratively with all members of the multi-disciplinary team.
