Job Opportunity: Administrator at Home-Start Suffolk
- Location: Martlesham Heath, Ipswich, Suffolk IP5 3SL
- Salary: £13,988 actual per annum, (£25,878 pro rata)
- Hours: 20 hours per week
- Contract: Permanent. Required as soon as possible
- Reference: 0874
Home-Start Suffolk is looking for an Administrator.
We are looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude to join our Administration team based at our office in Martlesham. This role would suit someone with experience in data input, strong time management skills, and a confident, organised approach to supporting a busy team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records within our Charity Log CRM system, ensuring information is reliable, up to date, and supports safe, effective support for children and families
- Work alongside the Administration team in supplying data to support grant applications and monitoring
- Provide ongoing communication and support to the staff team, volunteers, partners, and stakeholders.
You Will Need:
- Competent user of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience of data entry
- Experience of using a CRM or database systems
- Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent), including passes in English and Mathematics
