About The Role

An experienced Compliance Administrator is sought by Pertemps Wolverhampton Temps to support a respected client based in WV1, Wolverhampton. This full-time position offers a salary of £12.71 per hour, with a rate of up to £13.50 available depending on experience. Working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, you will ensure compliance procedures are completed with precision. Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Pay Rate: £12.71 - £13.50 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities

As a Compliance Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring compliance processes are completed efficiently and accurately. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and updating compliance records and documentation
  • Monitoring company procedures to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Reviewing documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Liaising with internal departments and external organisations
  • Supporting internal audits and compliance checks
  • Producing reports and maintaining accurate databases
  • Providing general administrative support to the compliance team

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

  • Previous experience in an administration or compliance position
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel experience is advantageous)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
