Umbrella Rate: A GBP 28.54/hr (Inside IR35)
This role requires short-term support during a critical period of change for an exceptional individual to support our Customer Services team with critical day-to-day administration support. We require a proactive, self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic who is comfortable working independently.
What You Will Do
- Action end-to-end processing for all third-party fines, including Parking Charges and Congestion Charges.
- Create and process invoices and supporting letters for clients, ensuring correct adjustments before issuing.
- Update supporting documents and internal platforms to maintain seamless data continuity across the business.
- Provide administration support for subscription and rental services, using Salesforce processes where required.
- Support rental booking processes from start to finish, keeping workflows moving smoothly.
- Offer wider administration support across Pivotal and THE OUT teams when additional cover is needed.

What You Will Bring
- Extensive experience in an administrative role where high-volume data input and attention to detail were essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a professional and confident approach.
- Strong IT literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly, including document and workflow platforms.
- Organised working habits with an excellent eye for accuracy, including the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Salesforce experience is ideal, but capability to adapt to systems and processes is the key.

Location:
Based in Islington, London, this role will initially involve hybrid working (2 days per week on site) during onboarding, then will mainly be remote, with bi-weekly visits to site.
