Our client, a well-established Intellectual Property practice in Cheltenham, is seeking an Administrator to support their patent team in the delivery of high-quality client service.
No previous Intellectual Property experience is required. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator or someone looking to develop their skills in a specialist professional environment.
Working closely with senior colleagues, you will help manage client matters, maintain records and ensure important deadlines are met.

Duties include:
- Maintaining accurate records and monitoring deadlines
- Managing diaries and appointments
- Handling telephone and email enquiries
- Supporting client onboarding and file management
- Processing incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assisting with invoicing and renewal fee administration
- Welcoming clients and preparing meeting rooms
- Supporting document archiving and administrative projects
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possesses strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Is organised and comfortable working to deadlines
- Has good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel
- Takes a positive, professional and proactive approach
- Enjoys working as part of a team
