📍 Glasgow North | 💰 £25,000 + Excellent Benefits | 🕒 Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

The Role

As an Administrator, you'll provide essential support across a range of business functions, ensuring work is processed efficiently, accurately, and in line with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing a variety of administrative tasks efficiently and accurately
  • Supporting internal teams to meet service standards and business objectives
  • Managing customer and policy-related administration
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Assisting with customer and administrative queries
  • Ensuring compliance with company procedures and FCA regulations
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and keen to deliver an excellent service.

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confidence to use a range of IT systems and software.
  • A professional, customer-focused approach
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A positive attitude and strong team ethic
