Commercial Administrator - Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
Location: Park Royal, NW10, London — 5 days onsite
Salary: maximum £40,000 per annum
Employment type: Permanent, Full Time
Please note this is an ON SITE role, which is non-negotiable. Due to site restrictions, our client is unfortunately not able to provide car parking spaces. We will be unable to proceed with applicants who request flexibility.

As the organisation continues to grow, they are looking to strengthen their Commercial team with the addition of a dedicated Commercial Administrator.
The Opportunity
This is a newly created role providing dedicated administrative support to the Commercial team.
Working closely with Key Account Managers and senior commercial stakeholders, you will act as a central point of coordination for commercial activity, helping to ensure customer information, contracts, documentation, reporting, and internal processes are managed accurately and efficiently.
Experience Required to be Considered (must be evidenced on CV)
- Must have experience in a Healthcare/Pharma sectors such as Hospitals, Pharma Manufacturing or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an administrative, commercial support, sales support, or business support role.
- Salesforce.com experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience maintaining records, reports, and business documentation.
