About the role

The Post Completion Team Executive provides specialist administrative and technical support to Real Estate lawyers following property transaction completions. Working within a newly formed centralised team, you'll manage post-completion processes including registrations, SDLT submissions, requisitions, filings and compliance requirements, ensuring all deadlines are met accurately and efficiently.

You'll work closely with legal teams, colleagues and external parties to progress matters through to registration, helping deliver a consistent, high-quality and client-focused service across the Built & Natural Environment Division and our national office network.

You will work from our Bristol office on a hybrid basis.

Key responsibilities

  • Submission of applications to HM Land Registry and Registers of Scotland.
  • SDLT, Land and Buildings Transaction Tax and Land Transaction Tax administration and submissions.
  • Registration of transfers, (and dispositions in Scotland) leases, charges, (and standard securities in Scotland) easements (and Servitudes in Scotland) and other property interests.
  • Management of requisitions raised by HM Land Registry and Registers of Scotland.
  • Preparation and submission of post-completion documentation.
  • Monitoring registration progress and ensuring statutory and contractual deadlines are met.
  • Liaising with clients, lenders, local authorities, HM Land Registry and other third parties regarding registration matters.
  • Maintaining accurate matter records and reporting on registration status.
  • Supporting compliance, risk management and audit requirements relating to property transactions.
  • Managing large volumes of post-completion work across a varied Real Estate caseload.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
