Location: London Bridge, Park Street - Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days remote working)
Salary: Up to £28,000
Join Hyde as an Administrator
Supporting the Surveyor Booking Team, this role is responsible for managing the surveyor booking line, scheduling and coordinating inspections, and maintaining accurate diary management. You will ensure surveyor appointments are booked correctly and efficiently while keeping key dashboards up to date. The role also provides support across pest control and tenant improvements as needed.
Key Duties
- Support customers by resolving complaints and concerns related to property repairs in a professional and timely manner.
- Work closely with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to investigate issues, implement effective solutions, and ensure customers are kept informed throughout.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, ensuring information is up to date and easily accessible for reporting and service improvement.
- Build and sustain positive working relationships with external suppliers to deliver a consistent, seamless, and customer-focused service to residents.
- Conduct follow-up calls to gather customer feedback and capture insights to help improve service delivery.
- Manage diaries and scheduling for Hyde resources, ensuring efficient allocation and coordination of work.
