YOUR ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for a CIC Admin to support our Car-in-Containers’ activity within our Finished Vehicle Logistics team based in Upper Heyford. If you’re organised, detail-focused and enjoy making sure things run smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth administrative and operational coordination of containerised vehicle shipments, maintaining visibility and control from vessel arrival through to final customer reporting.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
As the Administrator you will provide operational support for containerised vehicle shipments. You will track shipments from vessel sailing through to cargo arrival and container transfer and coordinate unstuffing activities within the compound.
You will maintain accurate records and system updates to ensure operational transparency, monitor and control delay and demurrage exposure, liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient processes and produce accurate and timely reports for customers.
This role will also see you supporting operations with continuous improvement relating to operational efficiency and data accuracy.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
To be successful in your application you will be able to demonstrate proven administrative experience, ideally within a logistics or transport environment. You will have a strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks and an understanding of transport, shipping and container operations or an appetite to learn.
You will be proficient in systems and data management with strong operational skills. You will be an effective communicator able to build strong working relationships, with a focus on customer service and operational excellence.
