Are you an Administrator with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail? Looking for a new opportunity within a fast-paced environment? This could be the role for you!

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our friendly team to support our MoD Housing Division. You will be responsible for monitoring reports, addressing resources, and effectively communicating with the supervisors and scheduling team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating, managing, and maintaining all folders
  • Tracking progress whilst maintaining accurate records
  • Managing workflows in our CRM systems to support with work completion and billing
  • Ensuring all required documentation are properly verified and archived
  • Uploading certificates and training records to the system
  • Arranging site audits and inspections
  • Raising Purchase orders and dealing with invoices
  • Provide regular status updates to clients and attend project review calls as required
  • Liaising with the team and families to ensure they receive clear and timely information
  • Assisting the Department Manager and wider team with progression and coordination of works

  • Proven experience in a scheduling role, with similar responsibilities
  • Strong organisational and diary management skills
  • Ability to pass security vetting
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Confident in Microsoft 365
