This is an opportunity to join the team based out of Paisley on a 18-month fixed term contract. This is a part-time role, ideally working 25 hours per week across 5 days, however, there may be flexibility around the total working hours. In this role you will support the PA Office Manager with all administrative activities, ensuring the efficient delivery of travel, meeting, office and business support services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings, room bookings and calendars
  • Book travel, accommodation, and transport arrangements for employees
  • Manage shared inboxes, correspondence, incoming calls, and post
  • Provide administrative support to the leadership team and wider business
  • Process expenses, purchase orders, invoices, and other administrative transactions
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and document management
  • Order and maintain office supplies and support day-to-day office activities
  • Welcome visitors and support office administration activities
  • Assist with organising team events, catering, communications, and ad hoc projects
