Overview
We’re looking for an organised and reliable Administrator to support day-to-day administrative activities within a remote UK-based working environment. This is a strong opportunity for an entry-level candidate who is confident managing information, coordinating tasks, maintaining accurate records and supporting teams with general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across the business.
- Maintain accurate records, documents and internal systems.
- Manage emails, correspondence and general enquiries professionally.
- Support scheduling, meetings and task coordination.
- Prepare and update spreadsheets, reports and documents.
- Assist with data entry and information management.
- Coordinate with colleagues and relevant stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Support general operational and administrative processes as required.

Requirements
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace or similar business tools.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable, proactive and willing to learn.
- Previous administrative experience is helpful but not essential.
