We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our friendly Residential Conveyancing team based in our Marlow office. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the fee earners across the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Opening files on our case management system
- Working on the Infotrack system
- Dealing with ID/AML and Source of Funds (at admin level)
- Ordering searches
- Scanning post
- Post Exchange Admin
- Submitting Stamp Duty Returns
- Preparing and submitting AP1’s
- Dealing with Land Registry requisitions
- General administrative support duties
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience within a conveyancing administration role is required
- Excellent client care and customer service skills are required
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Professional attitude
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be proactive when needed
- Ability to thrive in an extremely fast-paced working environment
