Aquarius Water Solutions Ltd is a specialist provider of water hygiene, testing, and compliance services to commercial, industrial, and public sector clients across the UK.
We are seeking a talented Administrator who will provide support across our teams here at Aquarius. The Administrator will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and administration of tasks across the team here at Aquarius. It is a great opportunity to be part of a successful organisation going through a period of growth and powered by Vadella.
About The Role
- Coordinate and schedule service visits and compliance activities nationwide.
- Liaise with clients regarding bookings, access arrangements, permits, and operational requirements.
- Submit completed reports and documentation to clients in a timely manner.
- Provide operational updates and feedback to clients and internal teams.
- Track report completion and chase outstanding documentation.
- Support continuous improvement of operational processes and administration systems.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider teams.

- Previous experience in an administration, operations, scheduling, or coordination role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
