Are you an organised and proactive Administrator looking for a varied role where no two days are the same?
We're seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Gleeson Land team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational, communication and time-management skills, alongside a keen eye for detail and a positive, can-do attitude.
Working closely with our Office Administrator, you'll provide essential support across our Land, Planning and Technical teams, helping to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Whilst the responsibilities outlined below represent the core focus of the role, we're looking for someone who enjoys variety and is happy to take a flexible approach. As part of a collaborative team, you'll also have the opportunity to support wider business activities and assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as required, making this an ideal role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Main Responsibilities
As a valued member of the Gleeson Land team, you'll support a wide range of administrative activities across the business. Key responsibilities include:
- Processing invoices and resolving related queries.
- Managing bank app payments/ Raising and monitoring purchase orders.
- Setting up new consultant appointments and responding to associated queries.
- Maintaining consultant professional indemnity certificates and records.
- Handling daily incoming and outgoing post, ensuring appropriate distribution.
- Providing telephone support and welcoming visitors when required.
- Supporting the upkeep of office equipment, including photocopier maintenance and toner management.
- Managing archiving processes for invoices, appointments and warranties.
- Providing proactive administrative and executive support to the Regional Director (where necessary), including diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expenses and general correspondence.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, venue and room bookings.
- Providing holiday cover for the Office Administrator.
- Supporting colleagues across the business with a variety of ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as needed.

About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Responsive, approachable and professional in their communication.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Confident handling telephone and email enquiries.
- Able to prioritise workloads effectively and work independently when required.
- Experienced in using Coins software (desirable but not essential).
- In possession of a full clean driving licence (desirable).
