Role Title: Administrator - SIPP Client Service
Division: Group Operations- Self Invested Personal Pension
Location: Leeds
Contract: 1x Permanent position and 1x 12-month Fixed-term Contract
Working pattern: Hybrid
About the Role
Join a team dedicated to delivering exceptional outcomes for clients throughout their investment journey. As a SIPP Administrator, you'll play a key role in sending regulatory reports to clients and Advisors, working collaboratively with colleagues across the business to ensure a seamless client experience. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to service improvements, strengthen operational excellence, and help shape how we deliver outstanding support to our clients.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Deliver high-quality SIPP administration services, ensuring requests are processed accurately and within agreed service standards.
- Deliver comprehensive cradle-to-grave administration across the client lifecycle, managing all aspects of pension servicing including contributions, withdrawals, transfers, client account updates, benefit processing, review activities, and associated regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with Financial Planners, Paraplanners and third-party pension providers to help deliver a seamless client experience.
- Respond to client and colleague queries professionally and efficiently, providing updates and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation, ensuring all activities are completed in line with regulatory and internal requirements.
- Prepare reports, correspondence and supporting documentation to assist with client reviews and ongoing servicing requirements.
- Build effective relationships with colleagues across Operations and the wider business to support positive client and business outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the team.
- Keep up to date with relevant regulatory and industry developments, ensuring changes are understood and reflected in day-to-day activities.
- Support effective risk management by following policies, procedures and controls.
- Deliver an excellent service experience to both clients and colleagues, helping to achieve consistently positive client outcomes.

- Experience gained in an administration, customer service, contact centre or client support environment, with a genuine commitment to delivering excellent client and business outcomes.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to build effective relationships and communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
- An understanding of the Pensions, Wealth Management, Financial Advice or wider Financial Services sector, including regulatory requirements, would be advantageous but is not essential.
- A proactive and curious mindset, with the confidence to challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- The ability to embrace and support change, helping to drive new initiatives and ways of working across the team.
- A passion for continuous improvement, with a focus on enhancing processes, efficiencies and client outcomes.
- An awareness of regulatory responsibilities and a commitment to keeping up to date with industry developments and changes.
- A strong desire to learn and develop, with the adaptability to thrive in an evolving business environment.
