Join Wellesley Hospital as an Administrator

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented and looking for a role where you can make a real difference behind the scenes? Join Wellesley Hospital as an Administrator and play a vital role in supporting service users, clinical teams and external stakeholders through the effective coordination of Care Programme Approach (CPA) meetings.

In this rewarding role, you will take ownership of the planning, coordination and administration of CPA meetings, ensuring they are organised efficiently and run smoothly from start to finish. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, service users, families and external professionals, you will help ensure that important care planning discussions are well coordinated and accurately documented, supporting the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.

You will be responsible for scheduling six-monthly CPA meetings, preparing and distributing invitations, booking meeting rooms and hospitality arrangements, and liaising with internal and external attendees. You'll meet with service users to discuss their invitations and individual requirements, follow up with multidisciplinary teams for reports, collate documentation and ensure all relevant information is available ahead of meetings.

As part of the role, you will welcome attendees, accurately minute CPA meetings, distribute final reports and documentation, and upload records to the electronic patient system. You will also maintain CPA timetables, support communication with external agencies regarding ongoing care arrangements, and contribute to maintaining high administrative standards across the service.

Responsibilities

  • Sending out invites to internal and external professionals, as well as families and carers.
  • Meeting with our service users to complete their invite and note their requests for the meeting.
  • Follow-up the multidisciplinary teams for their meeting reports.
  • Collate meeting reports in one document.
  • Meeting and greeting all visitors to the meetings and record all attendees.
  • Minute all CPA meetings.
  • Distribute final CPA reports and minutes to relevant parties.
  • Upload all documents to our electronic patient system.
  • Preparing and updating the CPA timetable and distribute to the wards on a regular basis.
  • Liaising with external agencies regarding the continuing care of the patients as required.
  • Assisting in maintaining a high standard in office practice/procedures, including filing systems.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
