This temporary Administrator role in the Broders

Supports the smooth running of a not-for-profit organisation by handling essential administrative tasks. You'll play a key part in ensuring day-to-day operations are well-organised and efficient.

Client Details

This not-for-profit organisation is based in the Borders and operates within the local community.

Description

  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.
  • Handle incoming communications and distribute them appropriately.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing necessary materials.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
  • Support the team with data entry and maintaining databases.
  • Respond to internal and external queries in a timely manner.
  • Undertake other administrative tasks as required.

Job Offer

  • Hourly pay ranging from £14.00 to £17.00, dependent on the level of experience.
