Job Title: Administrator to the Company Secretarial Department (6 Month Fixed Term Contract)
Location: Hybrid Working – London EC4M (Minimum 3 days in office)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hour week
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 pro rata

Your Opportunity
An excellent opportunity to support the efficient operation of a dynamic Company Secretarial team. This role primarily involves managing billing processes. Ideal for candidates with billing, invoicing or accounts payable experience, exceptional attention to detail, and strong organisational skills.
How You’ll Make a Difference
In this role, you will:
- Take responsibility for monitoring and managing the Company Secretarial shared mailbox, reviewing incoming requests and allocating them to the appropriate member of the CoSec team. This process will transition to the Alvao ticketing system, with responsibility for monitoring incoming tickets, assigning work to team members and helping ensure requests are picked up and progressed appropriately.
- Maintain the Company Secretarial Master Tracker, ensuring client information is accurate and up to date, including client service packages, whether we continue to act for the client, and other relevant client status information. Following up with members of the CoSec team where information, updates or actions are outstanding.
You’ll Be Ideal for This Role If You Have:
- Proven experience in a billing or administrative role.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritise
- Ability to take direction and then work independently
- Confidence to ask questions and for more direction as required
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
