We are looking for a highly organised and attentive administrator to provide support to senior internal stakeholders.
Salary: £25,700 per annum pro rata
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 28 hours per week
Location: Hybrid – working from home with regular team days in our office in York

The role
We are seeking an Administrator to provide confidential, effective and efficient support to our Executive team. This will include maintaining filing systems for multiple individuals, arranging travel, and managing diaries. In this role you will also support with the arrangements for our Trustee Board meetings, and internal and external meetings for senior staff. The role is wide and varied and you will have the chance to be at the heart of what we do.

To be successful in this role you will have administration experience, be able to demonstrate that you are highly organised and efficient, and able to cope with a varied and time critical workload. Excellent communication and document presentation skills are essential, as is your knowledge of Microsoft programs, including Office and Outlook. You will be a great team player, proactive and quickly building relationships to support our senior team.
