Job Purpose
This is an exciting and vital role within the Commercial Delivery Team, who are responsible for Training, events and partnerships provided by UK Finance. We are looking for a Co-Ordinator who is passionate about providing reliable and efficient administrative support to the Training team specifically.
This role will be varied and will support key commercial training activities focusing initially on the administration of public workshops and in-house training and supporting our Learning Management System. Plus ad hoc support for the wider Commercial Delivery Team.
Key Responsibilities
Training Administration
- Manage the Training inbox, responding promptly to general queries and providing high-quality customer service.
- Process new training bookings accurately and efficiently.
- Support the delivery of public workshops, including issuing joining instructions, coordinating post‑course follow-up, and opening sessions both online and in‑person.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the MRM system.
- Set up new events and workshops in the system in a timely manner.
- Produce MI (Management Information) reports as required.
- Liaise with the MRM support team to troubleshoot issues or escalate queries.
- Triage student enquiries, directing them to the appropriate contact where necessary.
- Maintain the qualifications timeline across programmes, ensuring deadlines and milestones are adhered to.
- Liaise with external trainers to support smooth end‑to‑end training delivery.

Learning Management System (LMS) Support
- Support the administration of the LMS, including troubleshooting user issues.
- Assist with new course setup and configuration.
- Generate reports and analyse engagement where required.
- Provide excellent customer service to LMS users.
In‑House Training Administration
- Support the coordination and administration of in‑house training programmes.
- Manage invoicing processes for in‑house programmes.
- Provide coordination between clients and trainers to ensure seamless delivery.

Skills and Competencies
- Strong administrative skills with an awareness of project management
- A keenness to understand and learn
- Proactive
- Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills
- Works independently, knows when to ask for help
- Works well with others to ensure collaboration
- Flexible and accommodating attitude and a willingness to welcome responsibility
- Some experience of Learning Management Systems advantageous
- Strong MS skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Dynamics

- Hybrid role with 2 days in the office – this could increase or vary depending on meetings and business demand.
