Package Description
Are you organised, detail-focused and enjoy keeping things running smoothly?
As an Administrator at Cheriton care home, you’ll play an important role behind the scenes.
Your attention to detail, organisation and people skills will make a real difference every day, helping create a well-run, welcoming environment for residents, their families and the team.
While you won’t be providing direct care, your organisation and attention to detail will make a real difference.
Salary £28,000 - £30,000 per annum. DOE
- Refer a friend scheme (up to £1000)
- Career development & fully funded training up to QCF Level 5

We’re Looking For
- Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK
- Admin experience, ideally in health or social care
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- 40 hours per week contract (Monday to Friday)

Your Role
- Answer calls, take messages, and warmly welcome visitors
- Maintain diaries and schedule appointments
- Communicate with residents, families, staff and visiting professionals
- Keep files up to date and support audits
- Attend meetings and take minutes to support team development
