A client of ours in the Newmarket area are recruiting an Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time temporary-permanent position working Monday - Thursday 8:45am - 5:00pm and Friday 8:45am - 1:30pm, paying £13.00 - £14.00 per hour depending on experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator who would like to develop their career and gradually move into a sales-focused role. Full product knowledge will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone who is confident, organised and keen to learn within a specialist industry.

Your key duties in this Administrator role will include but are not limited to:
- Providing general administrative support to the team
- Handling customer enquiries and assisting with day-to-day customer communication
- Preparing quotations, processing orders and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting the sales process and ensuring customer requirements are dealt with efficiently
- Working closely with management to support the day-to-day running of the business
- Learning the company's specialist products and services
- Gradually taking on additional sales responsibilities as your product knowledge and confidence develops
- Working independently and taking ownership of your workload

Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:
- Previous office-based administration experience is essential
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confident communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude with a genuine willingness to learn
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your workload
- Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential
