Role Description
The Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based just off junction 26 of the M5. The position involves managing client records, preparing documentation, and maintaining accurate data across internal systems. Daily responsibilities include:

- Handling incoming calls and emails

The Administrator will also assist with general office coordination, such as managing post, organizing files, and liaising with clients and providers to ensure smooth service delivery. Collaboration with colleagues to improve administrative processes and uphold compliance and confidentiality standards is a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Administrative and organizational abilities, including accurate data entry, document management, and task prioritization.
- Proficiency with office software and systems (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or database tools) and comfort learning new digital platforms.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a professional, client-focused approach when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a methodical working style, with the ability to follow processes, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a small team as well as independently, using initiative to solve routine problems.
- Prior experience in financial services, banking, or a professional office environment is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Relevant education or training in business administration, finance, or a related field is an advantage.
