Job Opportunity: Administrator (Accommodation Compliance)

Contract: Permanent Location: Larkhill (Office Based) Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Pattern: Rotating flexibility between 8:00am to 4:30pm or 8:30am to 5:00pm

We’re seeking a motivated and ambitious Administrator to join our Accommodation Compliance Team at Larkhill. You’ll work in a tight-knit team of 5, coordinating information, managing data, supporting projects, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

The role involves:

  • Supporting compliance-led accommodation upgrade projects via essential back-office support.
  • Ensuring compliance activities are managed efficiently to deliver projects on time.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day tasks include:

  • Maintaining and updating compliance records
  • Checking certification and documentation for accuracy
  • Raising remedial works and requesting/tracking contractor quotations
  • Scheduling BPSS clearances and managing project/asset information
  • Producing reports and monitoring workflows
  • Supporting the wider team with administrative activities to advance compliance programmes

You will collaborate closely with:

  • Asset Management
  • Compliance teams
  • Customer Experience
  • Possibly Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) and our clients

Strong communication skills and a professional demeanour are essential.


Requirements

  • Previous administration or coordination experience, ideally in:

    • Housing
    • Property
    • Maintenance
    • Facilities management
    • Compliance
  • Ability to:

    • Work to deadlines
    • Manage competing priorities
    • Maintain accuracy under pressure
  • Essential technical skills:

    • Advanced Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
    • Experience with Maximo or similar asset management systems is advantageous
  • Personal attributes:

    • Highly organised with a detail-focused mindset
    • Competitive multitasking skills with excellence in accuracy
    • Proactive team player who:
      • Contributes to collaboration
      • Takes ownership of work
      • Adapts positively to changing priorities and business needs
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to:
