Administrator

£28,000 + Hybrid working + Benefits

Location: Trafford Park (M32)

A stone’s throw from the Trafford Centre, this business is hiring for an Administrator and believe me this is the place to be:

  • A supportive Manager, one who puts her team first, is your biggest cheerleader and has created a thorough training plan ready for you from day 1.
  • Culture and office environment, like no other. Mega team, all pulling together but having fun in the mix of work.
  • Brand new modern offices and technology, they’re a Tech business so need I say more?! You’re working on the best possible infrastructure and systems/ tech you could think of, making your job smoother and easier.
  • A role giving you all the exposure, sat next to the senior manager and strategic partner, you’ll learn everything, pick up on commercial elements, and essentially up skill on your current skill set from day 1.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
